Painless treatment
Some dental procedures may cause varying degrees of pain to different patients. Pain threshold is not the same for all patients. Our doctors have the means to help relieve each patient's pain and make the treatment more pleasant.
- All types of surgical treatment (tooth extraction, apicectomy, dental implant therapy, removal of bone cysts, etc.) can be performed painlessly using local anaesthesia, which can also be used in unpleasant or painful procedures, such as the treatment of deep or cervical dental caries, or the grinding of teeth before a crown or bridge is placed.
- Major surgery or extensive dental treatments of adult patients can be done under a short general anaesthesia (so-called analgosedation). In these cases, we work with an experienced anaesthetic team.
